Medical and Health Manager

We are seeking a Medical and Health Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position. 

JOB DUTIES:

Design and develop company’s programs and services that meet clients’ requirements; Work with the company’s owner to coordinate fiscal operations, including planning budgets, establishing rates for services, accounting and financial reporting; Prepare periodical financial activities reports, and develop and maintain computerized record management systems to store and process data; Develop and implement company’s service procedures, and establish objectives and operational criteria; Assist clients with medical and legal documents review, and explain the terms and conditions under each agreement before clients decide to enter into with third-party service providers; Perform research on a variety of hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and other institutions that provide IVF treatments; Present the result of analyses to clients and help client make an informative decision on the selection of doctors and facility; Establish work schedules and assignments for staff according to workload and clients’ needs, and evaluate the work of supporting staff and independent contractors; Maintain awareness of advances in medicine, computerized diagnostic and treatment equipment as well as government regulations, and ensure the company’s operation in compliance with relevant regulations and policies; Provide other tasks as necessary to facilitate the service process.

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related
